The right buttocks is signed in black: Xavier Roberts. According to a CPK reference site, the black signature indicates this doll is from 1983.

Hair, Eyes, Mouth: Two long brown yarn ponytails with yarn that frames her face, brown painted eyes, smiling mouth; has a dimpled left cheek

Wears cute  pink Bunny and CPK diaper.

**OK Factory tag and she has a black undated signature so she is a First Edition from 1983!! It’s very hard to find a first edition doll

Vintage African American Cabbage Patch Preemie- 1985 Black Signature-Hang Tag- Coleco outfit jeans & burgundy jacket including diaper l striped shirt socks and matching baby shoes socks.
