All orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout. If you would like to change the address, we can cancel and refund the order so you can reorder using the correct address.

Please do not put the shipping address on EBay/PayPal's note section because our system cannot read that.

We are required by state law to collect CA sales tax for shipments going to CA addresses.

There are no returns or exchanges for tires that have been mounted on wheels! Only UNMOUNTED tires can be returned/exchanged. No exceptions!

We ONLY accept returns or exchanges if you contact us within 14 CALENDAR days of your order being delivered. After 14 CALENDAR days, there are no returns or exchanges. All sales final after 14 CALENDAR days.

Customers are responsible for safely packaging items and purchasing shipping insurance. Refunds will not be issued for items damaged or lost during the return shipping process.

Refunds will only be issued for items after we have received, inspected, and determined that the items are in BRAND NEW CONDITION with no damage!

Any returned items that are not in BRAND NEW CONDITION will be refused and returned to the customer and no refunds will be issued.

Shipping costs are NOT REFUNDABLE and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the listing states “FREE SHIPPING,” the shipping cost incurred to ship the items to the customer will be deducted from any refunds.
