Probably needs re padded may be original. The length without mouth piece is 23 1/4" approx ( see photos) , probably key of B flat. I do not see any cracks other then in the barrel. The barrel is not original to the piece anyway its marked h bethany ?? ( hard to see) Case on outside is rough inside better as shown.   Sold as is.
