You will receive one of the pictured hoses as described in the title.

The hose has 1/4" MNPT threading on one end and the pictured chuck on the other end.

This hose is MADE WITH PRIDE in the USA. We manufacture them right here at our factility in New York.

What is the difference between open flow and closed flow?

Open flow
will allow air to freely pass through the chuck at all times. This is useful for filling valves with no core installed, and also is necessary to allow air to feedback through the hose to any inline air gauge you may have. A closed flow chuck will only allow air to pass through if the pin inside the chuck is depressed (ie when it is attached to a tire valve with a core installed) and is intended for use on any air line that is always under pressure. If you are planning to install this on a live airline that is under constant pressure (like a carry tank) you will want a closed flow chuck. If you are planning on installing this on a tire changer with a pedal actuated inflation system you will want an open flow chuck. We have over 30 styles of inflation hoses in our store.
