This felt has been designed to be tiled over and is a way better product then the old type fibre glass bitumen felt. No mess and no rips or tears. If you are doing a new build it is a requirement now days that you use this felt underneath your pitch roof tiles. Can be washed or swept down, this is the Vent 3 membrane the heavier duty version. This felt has been manufactured to British Standards and all rolls are stamped. These things should be taken into account when trying to achieve a long life roof.

The rolls may be various sizes 25m,15m long etc but in total you will receive your quantity ordered or more. Hence clearance stock.

Please note sometimes the felt may not be in retail packaging but all products are Cromar marked.
