I would recommend the embroidered in those circumstances that your size is above that weight, please check the sizing chart. If you are looking for a tighter fit, you can order to try and accommodate that but there will be no returns for sizing issues but I will consider exchanges to get you the correct dress. There is a little stretch in the printed versions. Not much stretch in the embroidered as the material is slightly less stretchy.
