IMPORTANT: For all products that are categorised as orthotics, bracers & sleeves, these are specially ordered from our supplier. Because of this, our supplier would not accept returns from us. Please choose your size carefully before making your purchase. If you purchase the wrong size or product once dispatched, we will not accept returns or exchanges, nor will we be able to recall the parcel. Postage Details:

All of our parcels are tracked, and do not require signature upon delivery unless requested. Nourish Cottage will not be held liable for loss of parcel(s) after delivery.

For Australia deliveries:

  • We use Australia Post for deliveries, which come with full online tracking with no signature required unless the orders are over $500.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to check tracking details at any time.
  • Our operating hours are from Monday to Friday, not including public holidays.
  • If there is no one home to receive the delivery, the parcel will be left at your front door or in the mail box where possible.
  • If there is no safe place to leave, your parcel will be brought to post office for collection. You must retrieve the parcel within 7 business days or it will be returned to us. There is a $16.00 return fees ($27.00 for express) for the returned parcel.
  • You must provide a valid address. We will not be liable for mis-delivery due to wrong address provided. If the parcel is returned due to incorrect address, there is a $16.00 return fees ($27.00 for express) applicable for the returned parcel.
  • Redelivery fees apply should a redelivery is required.
  • Any parcels returned to us will be partially refunded (total amount minus any cost(s) related to the return, and eBay fees). To facilitate a smooth delivery process, please provide delivery instruction(s) upon checkout.
  • There will be no refunds for unauthorised returns or if returned products are damaged.
  • All dangerous goods (ie, flammable items) cannot be express posted. Dangerous goods with express post will be cancelled and fully refunded.
  • We dispatch orders within 3 business days upon receiving your purchase order. This includes both standard and express post.

For International deliveries:

  • Prior to making a purchase with us, we recommend contacting your local customs department to clarify any duty cost(s),  tax(es) or charge(s) applicable. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. It is the responsibility of the buyer, who is deemed to be the importer, to have authorisation to import the products and pay any duties to their local government. We do not hold any responsibilities if your parcel gets rejected by the customs.
  • Your delivery address must include your physical home or work address. No PO Box is allowed. Addresses that provide PO Box will be cancelled.
  • All addresses must be in English. Our postal partner cannot service addresses that are not in English.
  • Any parcels returned to us will be partially refunded. If item(s) are damaged, no refunds will be given.
  • All international returns will incur a return fee of $25.00.
  • It is the responsibility of the buyer to check tracking details at any time.
  • If parcels are being returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility to re-send another one. During this time, no refund will be issued. Once it is confirmed to be returned, to have it redelivered, there will be delivery fees applicable.
  • There will be no refunds for unauthorised returns or if returned products are damaged.
  • We dispatch orders within 3 business days upon receiving your purchase order.

Terms of Use:

1. Any pictures and/or barcodes and/or product information provided at the time of quotation are correct at the date in which the pictures and/or barcodes and/or product information were supplied. We are not liable for any variation(s) from the pictures and/or barcodes and/or product information provided as a result of any changes made by the manufacturer(s) of the product(s). Products are sourced directly from supplier and will be of what was supplied by our supplier.

2. Actual colours may vary as every computer monitor, laptop, tablet and phone may display colours differently and everyone perceives colours differently.

3. All orders that have been dispatched cannot be recalled or cancelled. No refunds will be given for dispatched order(s). You must ensure you place the correct order(s) and correct delivery detail(s) prior to checkout.

4. All items sold are not returnable or exchangeable. Unathorised return or change of mind will not receive any refunds. We welcome queries for all the listings on our store.

5. In respect of any order(s), certain taxes may be levied by the destination country to which your order(s) will be delivered. You will be the importer of record for the purpose of customs and border processing. As the importer of the product(s), you agree that you are liable to pay such taxes with respect to the product(s) to the relevant authority in addition to your payment to us. It is your responsibility to determine whether any such taxes apply in your destination country for delivery or the country from which the product(s) are shipped. You agree that neither Nourish Warehouse nor any affiliated companies or businesses is liable to you with respect to any loss, damage, cost, expense or injury you incur as a result your obligation to pay taxes in a particular jurisdiction.

6. All non-refrigerated products will be sent as it is. Once products are sent out, we have no control as to the conditions it has been subjected to. We will not be able to guarantee that products will be kept in ideal temperatures to your delivery address as how delivery companies deliver products are beyond our control.

7. We hold no liability to any order(s) that are detained by any countries customs. This may also affect delivery times and we hold no responsibility on the order(s) being delivered within a certain timeframe or cost.

8. We are not liable for any health complications or damage done to health for any supplies that were delivered by us. Prior to any purchases made with us, you must consult your healthcare professional if the product is suitable for use or if there will be any complications if used. You must follow instructions given by the product or by your healthcare professional. Failure to do so may incur serious damage to your health or wellbeing.

9. All products containing liquids may leak slightly due to air pressure when sent via airmail. Although not common, it does occasionally affect for international or air express orders. We do not consider this as a claimable damaged item.

10. We reserve the right to make changes to the Terms of Use without notice.

11. By placing and making payment for order(s), you acknowledge acceptance of the Terms of Use. You agree that you accept full legal liability to ensure that the purchase of this product does not contravene any laws restricting the sale of products within the order(s) internationally.
