Motor City Customs is a Michigan based company that specializes in custom wheels, tires, and automotive accessories. We are a small group of enthusiasts that are extremely passionate about what we do! Our friendly and extremely knowledgeable team is happy to help with any questions you may have.

Fitment
Please verify fitment prior to your purchase!
If you have any questions regarding the fitment of an item please contact us prior to purchase with your vehicle's year, make, model, and any suspension modifications if applicable. If we are not contacted regarding fitment or provided vehicle information the buyer assumes all fitment responsibility.
Accessories
All custom wheels will require an aftermarket lug nut kit because factory lug nuts are too large in diameter to fit an aftermarket wheel. Most custom wheels also require hub centering rings to properly center the wheels on your vehicle, eliminating vibration. Please send us message with your vehicle information to ensure you purchase the necessary accessories for your wheels.

We accept PayPal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover).

6% State sales tax will be added to the final sale price at checkout for all Michigan residents.
Shipping
Shipping
We offer FREE SHIPPING to the lower 48 United States on all of our products! We use FedEx ground to ship larger items such as wheels and tires and USPS to ship smaller items such as lug nuts, TPMS, and other small accessories. Handling times on all items is 1-2 business days. If there is delay in shipping your order we will be sure to contact you.
Estimated Delivery Date
This is calculated by eBay using our warehouse's location and does not account for shipping products from multiple locations. We will ship your order from our warehouse or one of our distributors depending on product availability and your location. In most cases this means you will receive your order on or before the estimated delivery date. In rare occasions this may add another day or two to the estimated delivery date. If your order is time sensitive please contact us prior to purchasing to make sure your order will arrive in time.
We do not ship to HI, AK, PR, APO, FPO, Canada, Mexico, or internationally. Orders that ship FedEx Ground cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
Returns
Returns are accepted on all items within 30 days of purchase! Our return details vary so please refer to the "Return Policy Box" for the return specifics on any given item. Any questions regarding the return policy on a specific item, please send us a message using the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page. All items must be returned in the same condition they were received. Returns sent back in a different condition or missing contents will be refused and sent back to the buyer for no refund.
Received an item that was damaged?
Please send us a message using the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page describing the damage. We will also need photos of the damaged items and the boxes they were sent in. We will get a replacement item shipped out immediately and handle the damage claim so you don't have to worry about it!
Received the incorrect item?
Please send us a message using the "Contact Us" tab at the top of this page describing the item you received or the part number. This will help assist us start the exchange/return process depending on which you prefer. We will exchange the incorrect item for the correct one at no cost to you, or you can return the incorrect item at no cost for a full refund.
