 Please feel free to email me with any questions you may have about any item that is listed.  I am happy to provide measurements or more detail, upon your request.  All items come from a smoke-free, I do have a toy poodle.  This breed does not shed and is hypoallergenic.

I do strive for 100% satisfaction so if you are not pleased with your purchase for any reason, please contact me prior to leaving feedback and give me a chance to rectify an issue that may have arisen.  We are all human and mistakes and misunderstandings happen but they cannot be cured if I am unaware of any problem that may exist.  I thank you in advance for your cooperation regarding this issue. 

Payment Policy

I only accept PayPal for purchases.  I do request that payment be made within 2 days.  If you cannot make payment within that time frame, please contact me.  All sales are pre-set to have a case opened when payment is not received.

Per eBay's policy, if payment is not received within 3 days and prior arrangements have not been made, a case will be opened on the 4^th day in order for a fee credit to be issued to me regarding your payment AND THE ITEM WILL BE RELISTED. 

Shipping Policy

Please be sure that the mailing address used during your purchase is the address that you would like your order shipped.  Due to eBay's policy, I am unable to change a shipping address without cancelling eBay Protection for that item. Once payment is received, your purchase will be shipped within 24 hours.
