How are Widdle Gifts items delivered?
All items are delivered by Royal Mail 2nd class as standard. Some purchases will be sent via courier due to weight restrictions with Royal Mail and this is at no extra cost.
How much does delivery cost?
All items are delivered free of charge inside the UK by Royal Mail 48 (average 2-4 working day delivery)
Can I have my order faster?
We can send orders via Royal Mail 24 (average 1-2 working day delivery) for a small additional cost (depending on the specific item)
We also offer Guaranteed Next Day delivery for all items ordered before 12:00 (please note that this does not included Saturday deliveries), costs for this service is also item specific. All costs are included in the items listing.
Where do you deliver to?
We can deliver purchases to any postal address in the UK including all BFPO addresses, England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and all of the Scottish Highlands and Islands. We post purchases all over the world and have deliveries leave us on a daily basis.
What days can you deliver on?
We can deliver on any day except Sunday. We are unable to deliver on bank holidays.
What time does delivery take place?
Items sent by Royal Mail post can be delivered any time between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and up to 1pm Saturday.
Can delivery be tracked?
Items sent by Royal Mail 1st class recorded can be tracked and we will send the tracking details by email at your request when the purchase has been dispatched.
Can you deliver purchases to business addresses?
Yes, but delivery will be made to the main reception or mailing room for internal distribution.
Can I include delivery instructions?
Yes, during the checkout process you can enter delivery instructions. We will do everything possible to ensure these are adhered to but we are unable to offer a guarantee.
What if the recipient is away at the time of delivery?
Some products do fit through the majority of UK letterboxes. For our larger products or in cases where the item and the item has to be signed for or the recipient is not at home, then a card will be left with details of how the item can be collected or redelivered
You can return any product within fourteen days of purchase for a refund of the item purchase price. (Items being returned must be unopened and unused)
Where goods are not defective the costs of postage and packing are not refunded. The cost and risk of returning the item is the buyer's responsibility.
