Profusely illustrated, including 2 color frontal page of newly adopted City flag (1915)., mostly B&W, at least one large fold out map is full color.
Soft Cover is chipped along edges, with approx 1 innch tear near bottom front corner of front cover.
The exterior spine has a small piece of paper w/handwritten title taped to it;
inside of spine is partially separated from page block.

Pages, including fold outs (maps and photos) and tissues in good condition, one tear on one of the larger fold out maps as pictured in enlarged photo.
