SHIPPING: My items are shipped within four days after payment has been received. I print most of my labels from PayPal so you will receive shipping information via email so you should be able to track your shipment. All shipped items are packed professionally and addressed using the address you have on file with EBAY.
I used to ship my items within one day. However, I live out of town, and it just doesn't make sense to drive to town almost every day to mail packages. I hope you understand!

INSURANCE / DAMAGE: According to the Post Office, if your item is damaged during shipment DO NOT discard the box, packing materials or the broken item as all of these items must be given to the postal service for inspection in order to file a claim with the carrier. You can also file some reports online with the Post Office.
