HP Officejet 4650 F1J03A All-in-One Printer NOT WORKING,Parts,As-Is**READ DESC**

Pictures are an accurate representation of what you are getting. This Non-Working Printer is being sold AS-IS with some parts missing, as shown in pictures and described below.

Power On Failure. Machine will not power on. It was working fine, then it stopped communicating with the computer, but was still showing activity on the LCD screen. Power button would not work to turn off, so it was unplugged to try and restart, but it would not light up or power on again after that.

Comes with opened, partially used black and color ink cartridges.

Machine was partially disassembled to assess power connectors and other wires. Failure cause was not identified, but brief flashes of white screen were observed on LCD when wiggling the main connector wire-tape to the screen. Machine was reassembled, minus the parts listed below that have been removed.

When opening the top, a plastic piece was damaged that pulls up when the lid is opened, and pushes down when the lid is closed. This may trigger a signal to the system if the top is open or closed, so it could interfere with normal operation if this is not functioning. This is the small black plastic piece on the table in the pictures and is also shown reattached in the last picture.

The following parts have been removed and are not included with this machine (pictures accurately show that these parts are not attached to the machine):

- Bottom Paper tray

- Internal Paper Jam access cover

- Top Paper Feeder cover with rollers

- Top Paper Feeder unit with feeder motor/ rollers and wiring harness with connector

-Top Paper Feeder Tray that folds out to use top feeder

-Color Ink Cartridge Plastic Clip holder that holds the color ink in place (purple)
