This is a vintage Tudor True Tone 8-note metal toy xylophone instrument made in USA. It measures about 12 inches long and is made of all metal. While it does show wear from age and use, it appears to be in pretty good condition overall. It has all it's pads under the golden keys and the sounds are realistic, so you can play basic songs on an 8-note scale.
The mallet stick was broken and sharp, so I replaced it with a pencil which works great. I also coated the round wooden end with some flexible glue so that the sound is more plesant sounding than wood clanking on metal.
