City Medal of Seoul Metropolitan Medallion. This medal has the name of Mayor Young Su Park engraved on the back. Young Su Park was mayor from September 1980 until April 1982. So I am assuming the medal is most likely from 1981. The medal is in its original case and includes its original documentation, Park’s business card, and a medal stand.
