Returns.

We are happy to accept returns for refund or exchange on all orders.

We will accept returns at any point up 30 days after the sale date so long as the product is returned in perfect condition in the original packaging and with the tags still attached – essential so that it can be resold.

The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Exchanges will be dispatched upon receipt of the returned item. If there is a time constraint then you are welcome to complete a separate purchase for the correct item and then return the unwanted one for a refund. If time is not a problem then just post the unwanted item(s) back to us and please include a note stating that you would like to exchange and what you would like to exchange for along with your name and order number.
