Ryobi BT3000 Sliding motor mount plate.  This part attaches to the motor, supporting motor's vertical sliding motion up and down the fixed chassis.  It also holds 2 of the 4 sliding shims which prevent racking for smooth cranking action of the wheel through the gear mechanism.  It also provides attachment of the riving knife to the saw.
