Shipping Policy

•   We offer free shipping all over the USA. Please contact us for the information on international shipping.
•   Any improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
•   Items that show signs of wear or have been resized (by a jeweler other than Treasure Land) altered, special ordered items or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return.
•   Engraving fee and shipping charges are not refundable.
•   Orders which are over 30 days of receipt do not qualify for return policy.
•   Orders which are made to order or personalized does not qualify under return policy.
•   Made to order nameplate requires a message from the buyer with name/names properly spelled and color preference for two tone jewelry or any other details buyer requires the jewelry to be customized into. Treasure Land will not be responsible for any error from the buyers end.
• Treasure Land will not be responsible for a loss or damage of return shipments.
• Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Control department. You will receive credit back to the same credit card which was charged to or exchange within 5-7 business days.
• We certainly have all the items in stock, but occasionally due to high demand if the item is currently out of stock it may take up to 3 weeks to reorder
• Our orders ship usually within 4-5 business days of when the payment clears.
• A signature is be required upon delivery for orders over $500.
•  If you would like to cancel the order after placing it, please contact us instantly.
• Orders that are being shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be delayed by Customs Inspections, and are subject to the destination country's policies on international orders. Buyer pays duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees.
