What is a Radiator:

The radiators are special devices that can cool other parts of a craft, consuming a small amount of electric charge when operating.

They transfer the heat from the fluid inside to the air outside to maintain the temperature of your vehicle

Common Faults:

• Lack of antifreeze/coolant
• There is gas in the cooling system, resulting in the coolant circulating abnormally
• The radiator fan does nont turm, resulting in highh temperature in the water tank.
• The pump is damaged or the transmission belt is slipping causing the pump to work poorly.
• Thermostat is damaged and unable to carry out a large cycle, resulting in a continuous increase in the radiator pressure.
• Too much scale in the water tank and water jacket causes poor heat dissipation ,resulting in highh temperature in the water tank.

Note:

• Tighten the rotary cover and leave your vehicle idling for 10-20 minutes after installing the product on your vehicle  and adding the coolant. When the coolant is completely cooling, open the cover and fill the product with coolant. Please make sure there is no gas in the product.
• Before you start up your vehicle, please make sure there is coolant in the radiator.
• Professional installation is highly recommended

How to clean radiator:

• Allow the engine to cool down
• Jack up the vehicle
• Drain the coolant
• Run the flush solution through the radiator
• Drain the flush solution
• Run water through the radiator
• Lower the vehicle
• Refill the radiator with antifreeze/coolant

Radiator Replacement:

1. Raise and support the vehicle.
2. Drain the coolant from the radiator. 
3. Disconnect the radiator reservoir hose.
4. Remove the upper radiator hose. 
5. Remove the lower radiator hose.
6. Disconnect the cooling fan electrical connector.
7. Remove the cooling fan mounting bolts. 
8. Remove the cooling fan.
9. Disconnect the transmission cooler lines
10. Remove the radiator mounting bolts. 
11. Remove the condenser mounting bolts.
12. Remove the radiator. 
13. Mount the radiator. 
14. Install the condenser mounting bolts. 
15. Install the radiator mounting bolts. 
16. Connect the transmission cooler lines.
17. Mount the fan. 
18. Install the cooling fan mounting bolts.
19. Reinstall the connector.
20. Install the lower radiator hose. 
21. Install the upper radiator hose.
22. Connect the radiator reservoir hose.
23. Fill the radiator with coolant. 
24. Bleed the air from the cooling system. 
25. Lower the vehicle.
