Good condition overall ... some blade rash as shown in the 1st photo ... what many folks choose to do is mount a sacrificial board there (or a piece of solid plastic or plexiglass) to have a clean and smooth surface there.

RIP FENCE ONLY as shown! Will fit a set of Align-a rip 24/24 or 24/12 guide rails. 24/12 refers to 24" of cuttable length (see your measuring tape on your guide rail) on the right side of the blade and 12" on the left side of the blade.
