Nice condition!

You may wish to fix one of the two pivot points in place so you can more easily set your miter angle ... otherwise it's quite flexible in that you can set your miter in either direction (aka slanting toward your blade or away from your blade).

To mount, just bolt it on to the side of your saw top.  I believe you can mount it on the left or right side of your saw.  

Your cast iron top should measure 27" deep.

The mounting bolts are 24-5/8" apart ... so your mounting holes should be at 1-1/8" and 25-7/8".

Be mindful you may need to reposition your rip fence rails as they must be to the left or right of this unit (otherwise they would be in the way).
