1) The package must be accepted on the scheduled delivery day.
2) All DOA (Dead On Arrival) must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Do not dispose of the item.  
3) Send a well-lit (NO BLUE LED) digital photo of the animal in the UNOPENED container/bag. 

4) I am not responsible due for DOA because of shipping delays 

5) I will give you an option of either a replacement coral on your next order or a credit for future order. I do not refund shipping costs. I do not ship to P.O. Boxes
