The console is in acceptable condition as seen in the photos it is tested and it is working it is used so it does show signs of wear mostly on the console and controller. Box does have a rip on the side flap and the grips on the controller are starting to wear. This console was originally factory refurb by Microsoft console and box are both matching serial numbers. We are not the ones who refurb the console we are selling this simply as a variant we have not done any repairs to the console. The 360 is parental locked and unfortunately we do not know the password. If you have any questions please let us know
