Men's 35mm Vintage 60's Zodiac Seawolf Watch, Fresh Service on the Swiss Caliber 70, (AS 1687). Running very well as you can see. Fresh strap to fit to 8 inches. Fresh Crystal. Nice Patina on the dial. Relumed Hands. Bezel is actually fairly tight, rotates and clicks in position about as good as could be expected. Case polished up ok, but, had some dings that weren't going to polish out. Remember, a great many of these were sold at the px's and were in Vietnam. As such, these Hack and can be set dead nuts, down to the second.
If you're not familiar, these were introduced in 1953 along with the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, and the both used the AS 1361 movement. Zodiac then upped the game with the innovative 70-72 or AS 1687 with a Gerard Peregaux winding system. These run very accurately, and were decorated as well as a Rolex. Also, remember, the Rolex Submariner was introduced in 1954 and the Zodiac was rated for 30 feet deeper. No swimming or showering with this 60 year old watch, though
