I believe the Santa on skiis is from the 1950's and is made in Hong Kong.  His suit is more orange (maybe faded) than red.  He measures 4.25" long.

The red Santa is Made in Japan and measures 5" tall 

The reindeer is brown velvet with gold glitter antlers and tail.  It stands and is not an ornament/does not hang.
