This item is very clean for this age.
But there are some scuffs from normal use, and peeling of internal paint.

No scratch,
No balsam separation.
There are some tiny fungus and slight haze in the center element.
No problem in the normal shooting and images/pictures!

It works properly.
I checked the item at the camera specialty store in Japan.
