For sale is a platycerium STEMARIA staghorn fern. The mounting is on a 11' x 12" red cedar wood plaque and the medium is sphagnum moss. A loop made of marine twine is located on the back of the fern and I include an S hook for hanging.
Keep this fern indoors when the temps go below 50 degrees.
Keep out of the direct wind because the fronds (arms) are on the weak side. Summer time the fern likes to be kept on the damp side rather than drying out completely.
The last picture is the donor mother fern. With the correct conditions this fern is an excellent pupper (fertilizer, water, light, air circulation).
