 Tube Testing:  Unless stated new old stock all tubes are used.  I test all tubes for shorts, filament and emission.  All my testers including AVO MK IV , Lafayette etc  are vintage, and I have not had them calibrated in decades.  For this reason I no longer list the emission readings of tubes as they would not be precise.   The AVO MK IV still to this day is regarded as one of the best tube testers ever made.  I personally think the AVO MKIV is the best for testing most tubes with the exceptions of 12ax7 and ECC88 etc which I feel the results are accurate but not precise.     I only list good testing tubes and have been around tubes for many years and as always stand by every tube I sell and have excellent feedback
