This is a  vintage Helbros mans divers wristwatch from the 1960s.  
I ran it for 24 hours and it is keeping good time.
The date works. 
17 jewel Swiss movement. 
Chrome plated case with steel back.
36mm wide.
Takes a 18mm band.
Some wear and pitting on the case.
The edges of the dial have some color loss.
Aluminum bezel.
Cool looking divers watch with unusual blue dial.

It runs and it keeps time but it still should be serviced.
