Gorgeous old copy of The Hobbit from 1959. This is an eleventh impression in lovely condition. The book itself is in very good, clean condition, still keeping perfect shape and sitting squarely. There is some mild age staining on the title page and a bookplate from a previous owner but that aside all of the rest of it is crisp and lovely, illustrations still looking amazing!

The dust jacket is in good condition too though with a bit of age foxing (as pictured) on the front. There are a couple of chips and dings around the edges (again pictured) but on the whole it is in surprisingly good shape and fully intact.
