Why Bellhop Clothing?

My name is Luke and I am the owner of Bellhop Clothing. I have a passion for clothing and so my mission is simple - To provide quality items with an outstanding level of service with every purchase.

I believe that everyone should experience quality clothing but at a more affordable price than retail.

There are a number of things I pride myself on when running Bellhop Clothing:

Communication: If I order something online, I like to be kept updated when my item has been dispatched, the tracking number etc, so your shopping experience with Bellhop will be no different. I will contact you once your item has been dispatched and update you with a tracking number (at the earliest possible convenience).

Packaging: There is nothing worse than receiving an item that has just been thrown into a bag / crudely wrapped. I take my time to ensure that all items are folded neatly and arrive at the Post Office securely packaged.

Authenticity: All of the items I sell are authentic, so you can buy with complete confidence. I would also class myself as an authentic seller – Staying true to my beliefs to ensure you have a seamless shopping experience.

Payment

Payment can be made easily through Paypal. If you would like to pay using another method, please contact me prior to purchasing and we can arrange that.

Shipping

I do my best to post all items on the day they are purchased (If paid for before 2pm GMT)

UK: All items above the value of £50 will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. This is for the protection of myself (as a seller) and also to you (as a buyer). Your item will be fully insured up to it's value and is also trackable. You are also likely to receive your item the next day (and who doesn't want that?)

EU / Rest of the World: All items will be sent using Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. This is for the protection of myself (as a seller) and also to you (as a buyer). Your item will be fully insured up to it's value and will also be trackable.

Returns

I offer a 14 day returns policy for both UK and International purchases

Customs

If buying from the EU or Overseas, there may be extra charges applied. Please check with your local customs service if you are unsure about this as I cannot be held responsible for extra costs added by customs.

BELLHOP Clothing

A 'Bellhop' by definition is someone who takes your luggage from the hotel lobby to your room. They do so with professionalism and a smile. Your shopping experience with me will be no different (although the smile will be virtual - and I don't expect a tip!)

Once you ring that lobby bell you can be assured that you're in good hands. Your item(s) will be securely packaged and posted (usually) the same day.
