This guy looks pretty darn good with the exception of the scratches on the handlebar and one of the end pieces on the handlebar is damaged. The front brake is not a strong as it should be, which may be just an adjustment, or it could mean that the pads need replacement. It has seven gears (no forward derailleur) that all work perfectly.
The disc brakes came with the bike, which seems to be a rare option. The 700C wheels are black, which also seems to be unique to this bike.
