-It appears a portion of the liner seam was professionally repaired at some point.  Jacket measures normal for a 44R so i do not suspect significant alterations.  Please see measurements below.

Pit to Pit-(Across Chest) Approx: 23"

Length-(Bottom of Collar to Hem) Approx: 29"

Sleeve-(Top of Shoulder to Cuff) Approx: 24.5"

Shoulder-(Across Back) Approx: 19.5"
