Shipping & Returns (Domestic)
We will not issue refunds due to delivery delays or shipping provider mistakes. Once the item has left our facility and has started tracking, we are no longer responsible for the item. If package has been lost, we may issue a partial refund but this will be on a case by case basis.
-Next business day shipping provided, we cannot hold items.
-Shipments go out daily M-F, excluding holidays.
-Items with free shipping will be mailed USPS or UPS, depending on shipping rate.
-Returns or exchanges accepted within 30 days of receipt of purchase, except where indicated otherwise in the listing.
-Item(s) must be unused, and returned in condition received; with original tags/packaging (where applicable).
-CLOTHING ITEMS: To qualify for a full return, tags must remain attached on clothing, be free of signs of wear (deodorant marks, stains, particles, odors, etc).
-Refunds issued within 48 hours of seller's receipt and review of returned item.
-Any items not returned in the condition received may not be subject to a full refund of original purchase price. Returns initiated after 30 days may not be honored.
Shipping & Returns (International)
-Buyer will be responsible for all shipping charges from eBay's global shipping hub to international destination.
-Returns are not accepted on international orders.
Payment Policy
-Auction payment must be received within 48 hours of auction's end. Payment reminder and/or non-paying bidder claim may be initiated if no payment is received after 48 hours.
