Combined Shipping
The combine shipping charges are $2.00 for each additional item and they can combine as many items as they want within 10 days since winning the first item. This fees includes full insurance against loss, delay and damage to opals. All packages are fully insured against loss and damage.

We ship all paid items within 24 hours except Sunday and Public holidays.

In case of any dissatisfaction with the items purchased, customers can return them for a FULL REFUND within 14 days from the date of delivery.
