Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days upon full payment received. We ship to Europe and North America, no P.O.BOXES, or APO'S.. All items are in stock when they are listed. Inventory is tracked and updated regularly. However, if demand exceeds our supply, we will give the customer the following options: a) full refund; b)have the item back ordered and shipped when it becomes available; c)we will offer other items in similar style and quality. The item will be shipped directly from our warehouse. If we are unable to deliver to your address, we will refund you payment immediately. Please Note: Processing and delivery days in listing do not include weekends and Holidays! Freight shipments can take 1-4 weeks to deliver the item. We only ship to the confirmed Paypal address. We offer a 60-day return policy from checkout date. We cannot give refunds or replacements after the 60-day limit has expired.

Please contact us before sending item back, as we need to confirm return address. Please note that unauthorized returns will not be accepted. If you need to return, please confirm the problem of the item and contact our customer service representative and let us know the detailed problem by sending us some pictures for confirmation. All refunds will be issued within one week of us receiving your returned item(s), as we need time for inspecting the returned items. We do our best to process as quickly as possible.
