Our Inventory:

•  All our parts are used OEM. Before being put into inventory, they go through a testing process to bring them to our customers in the best conditions.
•  As they are used parts, it is likely that some have dents or have a little stains.

Before making the purchase:

•  You must make sure that the part is the one you really need.
•  Consult with your mechanic and make sure it is the correct part
•  Make sure that the part number is the same or compatible.
•  These are used parts, there is a possibility that they have some scratches or dents.
•  All electrical parts have a 60-day warranty.
•  Warranty of Engines, Transmissions and Axle are worked differently.
•  In some cases the parts require programming, such as Computers, Anti-Lock Brake Pump and Radios. It is very important that the work be done by a person who is licensed to do it.
•  Engines, transmissions and axle must be installed by an authorized mechanic (Licensed).

Warranty:

•  For the warranty process, the client must send us proof of the problem that the part is presenting. Code and images.
•  You must make sure that the problem is the part you bought from us.
•  Engines, transmissions and Axles, have a different policy.

Returns:

•  Returns will only be accepted if you receive the wrong part and/or received a broken part.

Payment methods:

•  We accept payments through eBay Managed Payment Program, including debit/credit cards, ECheck, and PayPal.
•  Sales tax collected by eBay where applicable

Shipping:

•  We will process shipments in the best possible way.
•  Our shipping costs are $0.00
•  The only products with shipping costs are Engines, Transmissions and Axles.
•  We do not make international shipments.
•  Engines, Transmissions and Axles will only be sent to Commercial Locations. For shipping estimates you can contact us by message or email with the description of the product of interest. 

•  Orders under 1 pound will ship USPS First Class (2-3 business days) via USPS 1-Pound Priority Mail (1-3 business days).
•  Larger items will be shipped via FedEx or UPS (1-5 business days) NO PO Boxes allowed for FedEx and UPS.
•  During holidays and peak seasons, shipping will be delayed due to the high volume of packages passing through the shipping facility. We will try to help you in any way we can, but we do not guarantee that the estimated arrival time is correct.
•  We do not ship large items to P.O. Boxes; additional charges may apply

Engines, Transmissions and Axles:

•  They have a 120-days warranty.
•  You must ensure that you use the correct fluid.
•  All your maintenance must be done on time.
•  It is important to have proof of all maintenance in case of requesting a warranty.
•  Engines must have their oil and filter changed every 3,000 miles.
•  It is not recommended to use synthetic oil, unless the manufacturer requires it.
•  Diesel engines must be run with 15W-40 oil, preferably Rotella.
•  CVT transmissions must be worked with manufacturer's fluids.
