NWOT Spell and the Gypsy Collective cotton knee-length dress in cotton.

The dress which has tassels at the top then buttons the rest of the down before a short ruffle at the bottom. The dress is cotton. I packed this dress with the intention to use it on my vacation but never did. The dress is pink with dark navy and a little peach on a few flowers.
