This is NOT a game and it is NOT a soundtrack, this is a book that has sheet music of piano arrangement of select songs from the 1990 game "Dragon Quest IV" in it. This book contains many, but not all, of the songs from the soundtrack.
This is a Japanese release. Accordingly, the print inside the book, is in Japanese. English song titles are printed beside the Japanese titles however.
