Product Care Instructions

Hand wash is best however can be machine washed.

Hand wash instructions:  Similar to leather garments, wipe down with a damp cloth, taking care to remove the dirt without working it further into the fabric. A mild detergent can be used, (no bleach), in lukewarm water applied to a terry cloth or towel. (check for colour fastness in an inconspicuous part of the garment. Clean and rinse with plain water. 

Machine wash instructions: 

First wash should be with normal detergent, make sure it contains no bleach. Allow the cycle to complete then repeat without soap. Cordura can hold soap residue so the extra rinse cycle will help to remove the soap. 

 

 

                                               Payments

We accept all payments through PayPal. PayPal is a safe secure method of payment for both buyers and sellers. When using PayPal, your item/s are covered by the PayPal payment protection programme.

 

 

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day after receiving cleared payments.  Orders placed before 3pm on Mon-Fri will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 3pm will be dispatched on the next working day. (please note working days are Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, Sat 9am-12pm, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed on Sunday, will be dispatched on Monday. (unless it’s a bank holiday, in which case the order will be placed on the following Tuesday).

 

We offer free delivery for domestic postcodes, using Royal Mail or Hermes for most of our products. The delivery time is estimated around 3-5 days after dispatch. If you require the item sooner, an alternative delivery service is available for a fee. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us and we will track your item and resolve any issues. (International delivery may take longer; you will be given an estimated time of delivery at checkout according to your destination)

Please be aware that all items are shipped to your PayPal verified address. If you need the item delivered to an alternative address, please let us know immediately via the eBay messaging service or add a note to your order.

 

 

Returns

We have a 30 day returns policy. Buyers may return their orders within 30 days of delivery. We ask our buyer to inspect their order carefully during this time, for any damages and or faults. 

To return the item: You will need to open a 'return case' on eBay, so we  authorise the returns and send you a returns address and a returns code. 

All items must be returned unused and in resalable condition with all tags intact. Please also enclose your packing slip with the item, this will help further to identifythe buyer. Buyer pays for the cost of returns. All refunds will be processed in the same way the buyer originally paid.

Upon inspection of the return, we will refund you for your item. Refunds will be processed within 1 working day of receiving the return. 

Exchange: Please note if you require an exchange you will be required to pay a postage and administration fee of £3.50 before we are able to send out the exchange item to you.
