Below is our ''general'' return policy for those situations where you decide that you don't need the item OR if you misread the description or compatibility chart and mistakenly bought the wrong item. Refunds will be given under the following conditions: Email request for refund must be received within 30 days of receipt of item. Item must be returned uninstalled, undamaged, complete, and preferably in the original undamaged packaging. Buyer pays for original shipping and return shipping. If you receive an item which is not as described OR receive an item which is broken/faulty...in those situations we will take care of you 100%. If you have an item which is not as described or a broken/faulty item, please contact us via the ebay message system so that we can work out a solution...please include the exact year, make, and model of your vehicle. If the item in question is a blank key that arrives to you in good condition and then is miscut by your locksmith or hardware store....these situations do not qualify for a refund or replacement. If you are reading this before you buy and want to avoid a miscut key, we may be able to cut your key using a high resolution image of your key...see "extra services" section above. |
