Study ALL pictures before purchasing.  Many listings have more items than what is shown in the initial picture.  Unless it is a book or stated otherwise, these are the pictures of the actual items.  if the book is old, antique, or has any valuable features I will include pictures of the actual book; otherwise I use those from eBay's catalog with the publishing information and synopsis.  Most Pioneer Woman items are listed with the stock pictures.

Do not send offers, as I have items at lowest price with free shipping.  The one time I DID accept an offer out of kindness, the buyer thanked me by attempting to return a different item.  All policies in place are the result of one or more attempted scams.

There may be a very small charge for larger items shipped to western US to help me with the postage cost; I do not charge full shipping cost for any item.  Buy 3 book listings, 4th book of least value is free.  Most books are brand new or like-new first editions unless collector items; also many signed & sets.  All items are shipped well-padded & protected.  I do not price books at more than what I would pay were I looking for this exact edition and condition of this particular book. 

If you are purchasing clothing or shoes, it is YOUR responsibility to ensure that it fits before you buy it; if you need to ask for measurements please do.  I do not take returns, and again I want to make that clear.  I have discussed this with eBay in order to prevent return cases opened.  It's not fair to me to pay to ship an article of clothing, buyer says does not fit, then I have to pay to ship it back.  I am very specific in ALL descriptions and am relaying what size the tag says on clothing.  Usually with pants I provide waist and inseam.

Once you provide feedback I will do the same.  If evaluating shipping time, that is an evaluation of WHEN I ship the item from my store, NOT when the USPS gets around to delivering it.  

If there is ANY problem with an order; i.e., such as not receiving it, wrong item, damaged, etc., ANYTHING, send me a message BEFORE doing anything else!  I will be glad to fix any problem promptly IF I did something wrong.  

I DO NOT COVER, NOR AM RESPONSIBLE FOR, THE FOLLOWING:  1).  Not "liking" the item once you receive it.  Again, it is your responsibility to read the entire description and study all pictures.  I am very, very specific with my descriptions, as you will note in my feedback comments.  2).  Clothing or shoes not fitting.  ASK if needing specifics not given!!  3).  Factory blebs and minor surface differences on mass-produced items.  Many items I order and receive directly from the manufacturer, and obviously every single item is not going to be exactly like the next.  If there is any actual DAMAGE or a FLAW other than that, I will state so in the description.
