This book has bits of interesting history throughout.  It is simply some of the best aviation reading for winter eves.  I flew for the USN and USMC in the 70s.  This book is good.

See my listing for Jane's Fighting Aircraft of WWI for a companion copy.

Suggest non-USA buyers use eBay's international freight service.  It works great and appears economical.

If buying both, please contact me for special eBay pricing.
