A set of two high quality neoprene rod bands with velcro fasteners designed to hold together made up rods. (A larger size for the butt section and smaller one for the tip section.) 
The larger band is also useful as a 50mm butt ring proctector
The larger band has an elasticated pocket in which to store a lead.
