Our photos come mainly from the G. Troussier / Cinemagence collection, made up of a photo collection (press photos including photos from filming, original exploitation photos in silver or offset prints, postcards) covering the period of film production 1964 - 1994.  

The majority of the photos have a stamp "collection G. Troussier" and/or "Cinemagence" on the back of the prints. It often includes a handwritten mention of the name of the actor and/or the film concerned and sometimes sketches of press mock-ups.

1 - QUALITY OF SILVER PRINTS

We subjectively rate the quality of the prints on a scale of 1 to 10:

-10/10: Signed artist's print, exceptional quality.

-9/10: Perfect print as if it came out of the development lab.

-8/10: Excellent print with slight signs of handling

-7/10: Very good quality print, nevertheless visibly used and showing average signs of handling. -

-6/10: Good quality print but with minor visible defect of small fold, scratch or bath quality, presence of fine pin mark.

-5/10: Very correct print but with visible folding defect, bath quality (such as dripping) and notable pin mark.

-4/10: Correct print but with significant defect, folding, clear scratch, bath quality (like a run) and notable pin mark.

-1 to 3: Systematically rated 1 - Only the historical interest of the photo deserves attention - we do not sell this type of photo.

Please note that these ratings are subjective and only engage the seller, trust the scan: we never rework scanned photos made on an Epson Perfection V600 Photo scanner in basic scan of 24-bit Color (24-bit Color) - 300 dpi for color photos and 16-bit Grayscale (16-bit Gray) - 720 dpi for Black & White photos.

The watermark is only added for web publication during the sale in order to protect rights and your future purchase, obviously it does not appear on the silver print.

2 - PRODUCT INFORMATION

We do not sell digital copies only silver prints, the item you are purchasing is intended for collection for personal use in no case can the purchased photo(s) be intended for reproduction with a view to marketing in any form whatsoever. A certificate of authenticity is provided to you upon request. Copyright applies to rights holders at the photographer, artist and producer levels, this photo being transferred as a collector's item for strictly personal use.

3 - SENDING

We secure our shipments and your purchase as much as possible, each photo is sent in a protective protective sleeve with cardboard reinforcement to prevent damage during transport by post.

All our shipments are made by registered letter or parcel or for small amounts by tracked letter, you do not pay extra for each additional photo purchased, we do not practice hand delivery. You are fully insured for shipping. The date and registered number will be sent to you when it is sent.

-7/10: Very good print having served nevertheless and presenting average tracks of manipulation.

-6/10: Good quality print with visible minor defect of small fold, scratch or quality of bath, fine leading presence of thumbtack.

-5/10: Very correct print but with visible defect of fold, quality of bath of huge mark of thumbtack.

-4/10: Correct print but with significant defect, of fold, scratch, quality of bath considerable mark of thumbtack.

-1 to 3: poor.

We never work again the scanned photos made on a scanner Epson Perfection V600 Photo in basic scan of 24 - bit Color (24 - Color bits) - 300 ppi for the color photos and the 16 - bit Grayscale (16 - Gray bits) - 720 dpi for photos Black and white.
