WARRANTIES or RETURNS: sales are final: Crazy Ed is retiring after 30 plus years and his collectibles are sold as part of a remaining inventory. Read carefully before making your purchase; we assure that "our items sold on eBay will be exactly as described and listed."

STATED RETURN GUIDELINES: as of May 1, 2022: This policy is a part of our listing based on eBay rules on returns.  Here are our stated return guidelines:

  •  CGC graded comics, or signed items with verification by a "3rd Party Professional"  have NO returns.
  •   Certificates of authenticity are not merely "pieces of paper" included, references of the vendors engaged or shopped by Man Cave Galleries will be provided on substantial purchases; there will be detailed ownership history provided on formal or "informal" pedigrees, or OOAK (one-of-a kind) items; CGC graded comics, specially assembled portfolios, or any signed items with verification by a "3rd Party Professional"  have NO returns. Our unique items are not returnable for reasons such as "changed mind", "found it cheaper elsewhere", or "didn't want."  In cases of a return request, Man Cave Galleries may offer an exchange, at their sole discretion.
  •   Please contact us (Seller) IMMEDIATELY after receipt to advise of a problem: we want to hear from you PRIOR to a return to review (and have a chance to "fix") the problem. If a return can be avoided we want a chance to hear the problem.
  •  Any returned items (or item approved by Man Cave Galleries and Portfolios for an exchange) must be undamaged by handling and in same condition & storage materials as when sent.  If a media item (DVD, toy, etc) or a bonus is damaged somehow, we may offer a goodwill credit or send a replacement "bonus" item.
  •  Scan or save the postal labels in the event of an insurance claim-in the event of a damaged parcel you must take pictures and save the ship materials. All CGC or 3rd Party graded items are sent by insured priority mail. If a CGC (or other 3rd party grading company) case is cracked or damaged in shipping we will assist with a repair to the case at no expense to you.  
  • PLEASE DO NOT OPEN an eBay  dispute case or LEAVE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK until we get a chance to resolve ANY problem.
  • Miscellaneous Collectibles sold by MAN CAVE and/or CRAZY ED's COMICS -- which includes any gallery or portfolio items, "bonus items", art items (or any comics, whether raw or NON-Certified) are not subject to a return or refund unless determined to be "inauthentic", "not as described", or "damaged in shipping beyond use"
