This girls Summer blouse is of good quality and design. The material is 100% cotton with a Neon Pink pinstripe. The have pretty love heart flutter sleeves and a flower detail to the chest area. They have a button up chest area and an elastic waistband to add definition. They are hip length which makes them ideal to wear with leggings. The labels have been discreetly snipped to comply with retail law. I have included a photo of this in the photos section. This does not effect the quality or condition in anyway.
