If the product you purchased is manufactured in Europe (mostly Poland or Germany), the numerical code on the packing will be like Z01.12.2022: this means 1st of December, 2022 (DD.MM.YYYY format). If the product you purchased is manufactured in the United States, the numerical code on the packing will be like Z12.01.2022: this means 1st of December, 2022 (MM.DD.YYYY format). This is the MANUFACTURING DATE. Avon never print a “best use by” date or expiration date on the packages. But Avon products have a typical shelf life of approximately 3 year.

You will also see an open jar printed on the packaging (See like: ). This symbol describes the number of months in which the product must be used after it is opened. If you see 12M written inside the jar, it means that you may use the product for 12 months after the date you open the jar as long as you keep it in a cool, dry place while storing.

SHIPPING & HANDLING POLICY:
All items in our eBay store are ready to be sent to your door from our address in Miami, FL. Our handling time is 1 day after receiving cleared payment, but in most cases we ship your order same day.
All orders between 1st and 16th of April will be dispatched by April 17th latest because of the warehouse maintenance.

RETURN POLICY:
Upon your order, you have 30 days to raise your return. We are responsible for the costs of return for your convenience. Because we try our best not to make things complicated for you.

Once you request a return:
* We will send you an eBay shipping label within 3 business days.
* Prepare your return: put the products in a package (you can use the original box). Print and put the warehouse address part of return label on the outside of your package.

* Post your return to our address in Miami, FL. If we don’t see any indicators that the item is on its way back to us, we may close the return as per eBay policies.
* As we receive the returned item, we will have 2 days to to check the item and issue your refund.
