No gusset, completely seamless and comfortable to wear. Soft waistband to stretch and fit perfectly against your skin. Though CdR is based in Spain, these were manufactured in Italy as there are few facilities that can make a seamless hosiery product. Sizing guide as follows ; Small - 5'0"-5'5"/115-137lbs, Medium - 5'5"-5'9"/137-160lbs, Large - 5'9"-6'0"/160-185lbs. Height tends to be more indicative than weight if you are slim.
