Shipping details:
I ship my packages USPS priority. All orders ship Wednesday as I find that has been the best day to ship with USPS.

I recommend following your tracking number by copying and pasting the # into the usps.com webpage daily, the eBay app or website works too. Estimated delivery dates often change and it takes a little planning to make sure you're home when your shrimp arrive at their destination.

Acclimation instructions:
I recommend gently opening the bags and pour the scuds and bag of water into your tank, or over a net in a bucket and placing your scuds and the net in the tank gently. In this case decreasing the stress is more important than water acclimation.

Guarantee:
I guarantee all shrimp, if DOA (dead on arrival) please send pictures of unopened bag with dead shrimp within 2 hours of arrival and I can refund or replace.
